Where it started
The existing backyard needed a clearer relationship between the home, usable outdoor areas and the surrounding landscape. The goal was to create one finished environment rather than a collection of disconnected improvements.

DSLD organized the property as a unified outdoor living experience, coordinating circulation, gathering areas, hardscape, planting and finishing details so the space feels natural from the home through the landscape.

Grades, drainage, transitions and construction sequencing were coordinated within the existing residential property so the completed improvements perform properly and feel settled into the site.
