Where it started

Birmingham Legion FC's new training facility needed its exterior landscape and irrigation work completed on a firm schedule before the public grand opening. The site required coordinated crews, materials and finish work across an active commercial construction environment.

The design approach

The landscape was developed to give the training facility a clean, professional arrival and a finished setting appropriate for players, staff and visitors. Planting, turf and irrigation were coordinated as one exterior system rather than separate installations.

Technical coordination

Commercial access, grading, irrigation coverage, drainage, sequencing and the grand-opening deadline all had to be managed alongside other activity at the facility. The work was organized so each installation could move efficiently toward a complete finished site.
